Baydale Farm, on Coniscliffe Road, is famed for its ‘PYO pumpkin’ patch and Halloween half-term fun. And now the farm is branching out into flowers.
From Saturday, August 2, the farm’s wildflower field will be open to the public, where they are invited to ‘wistfully wander through sunflowers and soak up the sun amongst the sunflowers’ before picking their ‘perfect bloom.’

No booking is required, just turn up. Although the venue requests that people don’t bring their dogs along.
Food and drink will also be available on the day at the venue’s coffee shop, cake stand, and bar.
