The former greenfield site at Goose Green in Dalton has been transformed into a vibrant and inclusive space for all to enjoy.
The garden, situated at the entrance to the town near Dalton Parish Church, has been carefully designed by local company R D Landscapes with a focus on accessibility, biodiversity and visual appeal.

Dalton with Newton Town Council has announced it is necessary to temporarily close the new garden.
It will remain closed until a new fence is erected early next week to prevent further incidents of dog fouling.
The closure will also allow one of the large trees, which has been identified as dangerous, to be felled.
