New to Air Plants. Need some advice.

Hi all, just received 2 air plants today. Need help and advice.

1. ID – is this Tillandsia Pohliana?

2. Watering – Soak method or dunk/spray method?

3. Plant on left – does the base and leaves conditions looks okay? For damaged (half broken) leaf should I leave it be or just break the leaf?

   1. Plant on right- is that rot at the base? Should I behead the plant?

Appreciate advice as I am new to air plants. Thank you.
