Plumeria/frangipani they are used to make Hawaiian leis. Very easy to grow in warm climates. I have about 10 trees/plants in my yard in San Diego.

Fun fact: In vietnam, white plumeria are considered to be “flowers for spirits”, so you won’t usually see them at people’s homes. It’s considered bad luck.
There are however, many large plumeria trees that are well over 100 years old at the tombs of many of their emperors.
