Came out to water my garden today and was wondering if my zucchini plant might be under attack by something? Leaves are starting die and I’ve noticed some flowers have fallen off
Male flowers should fall off after their day of being open. That’s normal. The dead leaves can be normal, or at least not concerning. Vining plants like this will often put their own leaves ontop of one another and then decide to kill the shaded out leaves.
But your first photo looks like damage to the stem. Photo is a bit blurry. You can pull that pokeweed sprout.

Check for root borer slugs, i wrap my stems in tin foil to keep them out

The first picture shows squash vine borer damage. They usually kill the entire plant by hatching their larva inside the stem.
If you can cut of and throw that one damaged stem into the garbage maybe you can save the plant. Maybe you can save it injecting BT into the stems.
I lost every squash I planted to them for the last 2 years. I got to eat 1 small squash this year.
