Hey plant expert community,
My monstera has not created new leaves in weeks, she started to lose some (see the dried one). The exposition is south, she gets plenty of light. I water it when the dirt is dry (like every week or something), there is drainage .
I try to keep the aerial roots in the pot, maybe she does not like that.
I cleaned a leaf and I sooted a micro little red worm.

Do you know what I can do ? Thanks ☺️

I would: check roots (root rot? Root bound?) do a repot and soil exchange (chunky soil mix) and maybe get her a meter away from your south facing window (burnt leafs could be sun burn – if not acclimated properly).
Put her in the shower for a good cleaning of the leafs and afterwards do a pest treatment (just in case) and she should come back fine. Maybe think about giving her something to climb. Good luck!
