Mystery seeds found in my bag after a long journey, any plant detectives?
I just got back from a long trip, and while unpacking found these seeds in a pouch. No idea where they're from or what they are. Anyone recognize them?
Could be garden cress. They have a mustardy aroma.

They look like alfalfa seeds for sprouts.

I hope you don’t live in Australia if you have been overseas on holidays as you could have brought in as pest that could decimate our floral and fauna. you should put them into a sealed bag and give freeze them but do NOT throw them out into the yard, especially if you don’t know what they are or where they came from.

Did you pack a neck pillow in your bag? Might’ve sprung a leak and this is the filling?

They could have came from a neck pillow or those eye pads you put in microwave. Sometimes they fill those with seeds.

Alfalfa Sprout seeds.
Incredibly tasty. Can be grown in a mason jar on your kitchen counter in about five days.
Edit: Actually, maybe not… First time I’ve actually ZOOMED in on alfalfa. The color hues is what initially sold me.
