Released 25 mealybug destroyers on my pothos and calathea.

I'm currently going through a small mealybug infestation which I was able to briefly control with a diluted alcohol spray, neem oil, and Bonide systemic granules for my potted plants.

But I recently found that the pests had spread to my aquarium pothos, so I bought mealybug destroyers from Nature's Good Guys and released them. Love seeing them immediately go to work 🥹

I'm going back later today to get the giant mealybugs with an alcohol swab

    You’ve unlocked a new fear in me. How do you remove pests from aquarium plants? I root pothos in all of my aquariums.

    I had 90% alcohol at home so I used that on the mealies I had and I hate to say it but some of them made a small pop noise when I used the qtip. I struggled to feel bad 😬

    I never treat my outdoor plants with anything but water and fertilizer. Love it when the ladybugs are coming for the aphids!
