Laura, this year I followed exactly what you do when planting onions, and oh my! I have a few onions that are huge! Haven't weighed them yet, (they're still growing 😮)but similar to your giants from last year. Thanks for all the lessons I've learned from GA over the years. It has made me so much more confident in my garden.
I love the hibiscus 🌺 big flowers perfect spot where you put them. Great looking onions. 🧅 ❤
Would be fun to know how many gallons of water is used per day to sustain your "garden".😮
We are having a cooler day today on Cape Cod a high only of 79
I have been looking for a hibiscus to fill in a couple of areas. Thanks for the suggestion! I just ordered from PW. 😊
We call these plants swamp hibiscus as they want LOTS of water.
Congratulations on breaking 2 million subscribers!
Thank you Laura for introducing me to Walla Walla onions. I did a winter sow and they are doing beautiful in the veggie garden. Previously, I always used onion sets, not any more!
So that means that the hibiscus can handle froze? I have one but they classify it as annual with leave in a zone 8a
Have fun swimming! 😂
Theres an add for an ai design app a d its right in The way of your video. I can’t get ridof it
I ordered a shade master honey locust tree from fast growing trees last year and mine does not look dark green like yours. Mine looks yellow green! I live in western wa just west of Olympia I’m really hoping for that dark green color. If it doesn’t get darker and it’s just our area I’m going to chuck it. Such a bummer
Oh I know what you mean about things lined up. You get to see it from beginning to end and it makes you very grateful grateful. That's your harvest and hard work. Look so beautiful
Those hardy hibiscus are my favorite! I have one I moved from Oregon to NW Arizona that really took off in our climate zone 8b. It really tolerates the heat but is very thirsty. I'm planning to get more. 🌺
Thanks Laura!😃👍🏾
Good afternoon from Delaware Garden Answer friends.
Thank you Laura I'm Grateful ❤️ As I retire this year earning $52K biweekly, bought a farm looking forward to start planting. You have inspired me more than you know!
Maybe make the stacked wall high enough where adults can sit for a few minutes…always love a perch. Love your videos.
Laura on the stone wall could you gradually make it shorter on each end? Just right since you mentioned it ends abruptly. Whatever you do is always beautiful! ❤
Have nothing but leaves on the three PV Hibiscus (all Summerific) lots of leaves, no blooms, 3 different locations but nothing but leaves
Your place is INCRDIBALL, lol…..seriously, it's like a park! Do you allow people to come see/tour in person ever??❤
You are such a considerate neighbor. I wish all neighbors had your grace. (Not to mention gorgeous gardens) I’m sure all around feel very lucky to have you all there.
Elaeagnus are beautiful shrubs and are great for cutting but are considered invasive here in AL. Therefore I’m very interested to see how this fruitless variety pans out. I would love to have them back in the landscape. They are beautiful in Christmas arrangements.
I think those silver thorns might be perfect for a spot I have 👏🏼 the deer are eating my Oakleaf hydrangeas 😤
Laura, watching this video, I could have become quite depressed. You started off saying it was 6:45 and then you planted all your hibiscus and silverthorn, with difficult digging and watering and then announced it was 7:45. What you accomplish in one hour takes me a week. I'd like to say it's because I'm more than 25 years older, but probably not!
Loved the morning light! That was spectacular! You could make weeding beautiful in that light!❤
That silver thorn looks like Eleagnus. I hope you like it. Here in coastal NC it is invasive but you say seedless so that’s a plus. Here it gets LONG arching stems that have tiny sparse leaves. Just an ugly shrub.
A great video today .
ooh those silverthorns look like they'd make a lovely hedge along the top of that back hill on the red barn end.
So I was watching your video from when you planted the urns by the dumpster, have you ever thought of painting the dumpster the same color as the fencing? Then it would blend in and you wouldn’t notice it so much or maybe you can’t do that because it belongs to the city? Just a thought. Love watching your videos, you’re so inspiring! Thank you for doing what you do!
I love all the different paths you have around your property. They are well thought out and seem very functional. I think it would be so fun to drive the carts around them. Do you ever let Benjamin help drive the carts?
💕🙏😇💟
Good morning! Thank you as always for wonderful videos. You always inspire and encourage. One question: what is the bloom time for the hibiscus you planted today? I would like to do a layered shrub and perennial garden to hide an above ground swimming pool. I am looking for varieties with a long bloom season.
Do the kids use the trampoline now? Or are you guys waiting for the grass to come in first…love the progress your achieving 😊❤
A few lilac bushes on that berm would be really pretty now for some spring interest!
Very good

Have you done a video on onion planting? I'm at 3800' elevation zone 5A. My onions are the size of a golf ball 😢
💜💜
Looks like you have a new ride. Looks like will hold more & pull more wt.
I wondered looking at how beautiful the garden has become if your brother tells you how amazing your garden is.
Wow, those hibiscus plants sure pack a punch! They look like they shouldn’t grow in the zones that they do!
I Love watching you Laura! I get so much inspiration from you with what energy I have. Lol I do have a question though on your lawns. What do you guys do when you seed & maintain? We live in the country & had mostly a low growing weed that spread out & of course dandelions & occasional vineweed etc. We recently had someone who installed our sprinkler system to till it up & my husband put down pre-emergent & then they did a process of spraying the seed on. Well now we have some grass but most of it is purslane, vineweed, & crabgrass. I am so devastated. I tried pulling it all so the grass could grow but it is just too overwhelming for me at my age. Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated. I am totally against spraying roundup or anything. I do let my husband use weed & feed but it really didn't seem to help before we did this.
You are always so courteous and thoughtful towards your neighbors and everyone. This is the reason you continue to get more subscribers. People appreciate your entire family's kindness and generosity. If we all treated one another this way, world peace would have a chance. I'm sending everyone loving and peace-filled thoughts.
I’m a long time viewer from NJ! You’ve certainly taught me a lot about gardening over the years. But to use one of your sayings; “My word!”You’ve already harvested more onion in a short amount of time than I would use all year! Thanks for all you share!
