i’d say it’s totally okay, it’s pretty normal for lower succulent leaves to shrivel and die as the plant is using the leaves’ water and energy to grow and keep healthy. it’s also especially common when they’re flowering as it takes a tremendous amount of energy for them to flower. some of my echeveria i break off the flower shoot early so it can focus on getting bigger rather than giving energy to the beautiful flowers. also giving more sun may help with the “flatter” looking leaves as usually when they do this they’re trying to increase their surface area to get more sun !!💚

Could likely use some more light…very beautiful.
