Laura I came across the giant swallowtail butterfly caterpillar on my lemon tree. It looks incredible and alien. I left them to eat the leaves. I like the butterflies and the lemon tree will grow new leaves. Thank you for the video. Check out what these worms look like you will be amazed. Nothing like a bud worm.
I used that a few years ago on my citrus trees, I have always grown citrus and never had an issue until we moved here to Gold canyon east of Mesa AZ….it works great though. I love seeing you tackle problems…has been a big help to me..thanks
Douglas jump starts at 5:13 to 5:18
Thank you for showing that you have to treat for bud worms, etc. Problems that we may encounter in our own gardens.
Thank you for showing us what the budworm looks like and how to properly treat the plants.
Oh! Did you see the cat jump on the fountain at 5:19? Looks like he missed the bird but a valiant effort – LOL!
Kudos for the soothing background music ππ

Laura, this video, specifically your calculation for the Thuricide, should be added to all math classes from 3rd grade on up, so….well for many reasons. But a real life process that shows that, yes-math is a part of every day life.
Thank you for being so real, so wise, and so articulate.
Love everything you do! Would love a tour of the deciduous trees in the south garden. While watching the July tour I was marveling at them and wondering what many were.
Watching you use that wand was like watching liposuction.
Douglas at 5:20 in the video. Those poor birds.
Wow! If I had to spray for bud worm all summer, I would grow no petunias! Bless you for all your diligence.
Instead of βshark weekβ itβs Douglas week. π 5:16
A cat just jump in the fountain?
Thanks Laura!

5:20 !!!
Hi Laura love your videos β€ why not spray the entire tree as a preventative for those spider things π€£ sorry forgot nameπ€ͺ thanks
Douglas put on quite the show at the water fountain during your sprayer demonstration β¦stealing the spot light lol
Can anyone else hear Laura saying, βDouglas!!!β when she sees this video?πππ
Douglas is an attack cat..β€β€
Green thumb nail polish!π
Something is eating my geraniums! I sprayed them just now and hope it takes care of it! I could see droppings but no worms or bugs but something is there.
I have never been able to grow corn, but I sure know how to eat it. It made me giggle when you brought out the brush for the butter I started doing that and it is a game changer for sure. Good butter coverage with a brush. Do you have any advice if I want to try to do corn again like water fertilizer, etc.? I will take any advice.
Cracking up at Douglas attempting to catch the bird! Do your cats catch a lot birds & mice & leave you gifts like my Kitty does? βΊπββ¬
