Plant Plug LA is working towards collecting seeds for Altadena Seed Library specifically to help residents restore the vegetation around their homes devastated by the fires in Los Angeles. We are urgently requesting assistance in repopulating vegetation and cleaning the air and soil effected. Taylor of Plant Plug alone is using their personal nursery capable of propagating 250 plants a week! It’s a long-term project that will take time and effort, together over time we can do this!

Coco choir as some people say it’s spelled co co C well c o i r I just want to get that correct also heads up I am not a good speller I’m a good talker I’m a good walker but I’m not the best speller so please don’t rely on me for that at all not when it comes to spelling Lord okay so this is Coco choir Coco core some people say now I just want to say this is a medium so when we talk about mediums it’s the plant materials the organic materials some breakdown some don’t that we use to host the life of the plant okay does that make sense it it better at this point so thank you to whoever sent this and I have a brick of this and this is another thing about Mutual aid for it to work it has to be continuous continuity is key and that’s how people get patrons and contributions consistently and everything Counts from online social media engagement to showing up physically sending thank yous and materials it doesn’t always have to be monetary okay and even showing people that you inspire them I consider that a contribution to show that you were inspired to start something at any level is a contribution to me next let’s so thank you these are peep pods that’s another one that is another amazing contribution these are pee pods they’re about the size of like a silver doll or. 50 cent piece and you could put them in like a tupperware or they do sell actually have a video that shows you a review on how to use them this is actually one of my favorite mediums to start seeds and you can use it in a window I did it on top of a refrigerator on top of AC unit to host them because the warmth kind of helps you can put it in a tupperware and see this little little divot right here you water these and let it expand and then you pop the seed in that divot and then you just water it regularly and also the roots will pop out the bottom I like I like these a lot so this is 50 plants I can start right here so thank you to whoever sent that now this is the thing the wish list I’ll include it in this video the wish list will be here as well as uh this is going to be an ongoing thing because Altadena eating fire Palisades Malibu heavy on sending plants to Altadena cuz there’s a lot more homes there not necessarily like estates this is going to take 5 to 10 years to rebuild so I’m going to keep this project open and this is work that I’ve already been doing I’m going to keep this project going for 5 years okay
