So I am looking for this specific enclosure from the brand Reptizoo, and $500-800 seems to be the price for something this high quality. My suspicions will not settle at all though, finding such a dramatic price drop on Reptizoo's Wayfair compared to the official site? I know nothing about business, but there has to be a catch? Reptizoo's site has it at $776, originally priced at $1100. Their Wayfair has it $499, originally priced at $530. Is this a steal or a scam?

Following – I saw this exact deal and couldn’t tell if it was going to be real or a quality product.

I bought a 24x18x36 from reptizoo, and it arrived shattered. Dubias enclosures are the way to go, if you going to order one online. If you don’t like the look, maybe you can find one for sale locally that’s all glass like this one.

Is the one on Wayfair sold by Wayfair but just ReptiZoo brand? If so, go for it. They offer discounts on animal enclosures a lot.

  4. i purchased my 120gal from wayfair as it offered the best price, and it arrived as ordered, easy to build no issues shipped quickly !! i recommend it if that’s the tank you want, to take advantage. Mine came very well wrapped up and all the glass was safely shipped. Pretty heavy so might need help bringing it in !!

I have a bunch of smaller reptizoo cages and they are fine. They all arrived unbroken and are pretty easy to put together. A word of caution if you get smaller ones to stack: the way they stack is these semi wimpy metal poles and while it stands up fine, it would absolutely come down on top of a small kid climbing up them. So not a good choice if you have little ones. They work fine placed on a sturdy shelf though. And I’m sure you wouldn’t be stacking that bad boy!

These tanks are cheaply made. Exo-Terra are the better option if you’re not looking to build your own. At least before this administration, I was able to build a 22x17x24” tank for around $120. Alternatively, you can convert aquariums to sliding glass door enclosures for relatively cheap. I’ve converted 40gal breeder tanks to European style enclosures for sub $100.

The tank is not worth that much, they just add 250 extra to the price and then a 250 discount to make it look more appealing

I have one nearly identical to the first photo- I had to have it shipped to me twice because of breakage. They aren’t packed well enough for how heavy and fragile they are.
Otherwise I am happy with it, it’s still in good shape

however it’s definitely not worth 750
I believe I got mine (with a decent foam background) for $450

Also if you use misting systems, the front doors will leak.

  9. These are incredibly cheap to manufacture. They pack flat so they are efficient to transport.

I was looking into this before tariff craziness hit. The prices for flat pack tanks wholesale from china is unbelievably cheap. The company that manufactures for zilla and reptizoo actively advertises that they do and offer their services to anyone who can afford them.

Wayfair may have tanks sent directly from the manufacturer.

I’m pretty sure these are self assembled just like Ikea furniture. Correct me if wrong.

Pic 4 is a different product. Looks like a 36x36x18 (it has 2 doors instead of 3). The wrong photo on the listing is a red flag for me
