I think uh that something else needs to be done. Grass is not going to be able to grow here even once the the water problems going to be solved. So, I do recommend maybe mulch like a mulch bed through here or uh more river rock. Um double ground hardwood mulch without having to put landscape fabric would probably be just fine. And you can if it doesn’t, you know, it cuz it it holds pretty well with water rushing.

You should really recommend an undyed organic mulch. Most people go with dyed cedar mulch where I'm from and that stuff is bad for the soil and the insects.
