This popped up in my meadow-type garden and I have no idea what it is. It appears to have yellow flowers that are about to bloom. Location: South Carolina, USA. I apologize for the quality of the pictures–my phone camera lens fogged up due to the humidity.

I think it’s American sicklepod!
Some type of Senna looks like. Compare with Senna occidentalis. They have pretty blooms but can be very aggressive, weedy.
I plugged it into iNaturalist and it just says it’s some kind of senna. Sorry, I wish I could be of more help!
It’s Senna obtusifolia, commonly called coffeeweed, or sicklepod. It’s not desirable in any way.
