Hi – we live in Tucker, Ga – a suburb of Atlanta and need help identifying a weed that has been taking over. It tends to grow very tall and have a peanut butter type odor to it. The roots get deep with a sturdy stem. Its leaves are similar to a hydrangea which it likes to grow by in that part of our yard as well. Thank you for any help.

Catalpa tree saplings
possibly catalpa
I’m thinking a Clerodendrum of some kind. The peanut butter smell is common. Possibly Clerodendrum chinense. They are root hardy to Zone 8.
