The leaf wont heal so best to remove it. The flowers will fall off naturally, or you can pick them off once they’re spent. Once all the flowers are spent, you can cut the peduncle back to just above the node, which could encourage another bloom.
To prevent leaf burn, you may need to take it out of direct sunlight and be careful not to get any water on the leaves.

The burned part does not show sign of infection. For now, just let it be and only need to remove if it spread (aka secondary infection). The leaf seems to have sealed around the damage already. Avoid watering from above to not cause the damaged area wet leading to infection. Too much light caused the leaf burn.
