I see literally nothing wrong with this plant.

Looks healthy and happy. If you’re worried you overwatered it, place it on a wad of paper towels. They’ll absorb the excess water.

overwatering occurs over days and weeks of watering like this everyday. this plant looks fine. there is no rot. just don’t keep watering it like this everyday

Just to be more explicit about what other people are saying: you cannot overwater a plant in a single sitting. And in the case of the majority of plants, you should absolutely drench them every time you water them. No need to take it out to dry, just let all the water run out the bottom of the pot so that it isn’t sitting in water. And in the case of this plant, make sure all the soil is completely dry before you water it again.

It seems great. I would repot to a chunky monstera mix and a terra cotta pot for long term care.

overwatering is not quantity of water, but frequency of water. if you are giving your plant a half cup every other day, that’s over watering. you can give your plant a gallon of water in ten
minutes twice a month and it’ll be fine.

when you water a plant (for the majority at least) you should soak the soil completely. don’t water again until the soil is dry. some plants need a bit of moisture, it depends on the plant. but every single plant i’ve owned i just soak it again when the leaves start to curl under or droop.
