Look up Grandpas Weeder. Get something similar to that, or get a good back brace lol. Then just jump in. Getting started is the hardest part.
Grandpas weeder doesn’t work well on grasses, but will remove the entire root system of most everything else.

A grandpa’s weeding tool would save your back. This is a manual job, so you need a bucket, gloves, and time.

Just get down there and pull. With the exception of the nutsedge. If you pull it, it will be back. Either dig up the nut, or get a sedge killer spray.
I’ve been doing some weeding these couple of days. In this weather I just work for 15 minutes at a time. It goes fast.

I do wear those padded knee guards for my yard work , the basic ones with the plastic fronts. Keeps the knees from getting scraped or pants from getting soaked. Plus – cushioned!
