Packing material, seemed like nice clean paper but on closer inspection looks slightly glossy and it’s stronger than expected when stretched. Does anyone have experience with this substance, is it fused with plastic somehow? Thanks!

Yes indeed! Semi shredded for your convenience!

99.9% sure it’s just paper. In it goes as is!

Yes I’ve composed lots of this. It’s just paper and it breaks down really well.

It’s unanimous, thanks all, will scurry it out to the pile!

  5. Nice kirigami design, I did something similar using exacto knife

If it’s brown, break it down!
My partner gets a lot of this stuff from shipments at work. It makes great tinder for starting fires. When our tinder box is full, we compost what’s left.

I put it in my.pile just this past week, & it was already starting to get warm within like 2 days.

  8. Just shredded a box full today. It’s nice, you can wrap each end together and it’ll auto feed for you. Let r eat

Firstly I would give it to my cat, who would enjoy sitting on it (mmm, textured paper) and shredding it with her teeth, spitting out the pieces everywhere. Then I would compost the remains.

I could but you’d have to pay the shipping. 🥸

Easy to compost and shred by hand. Mine broke down in about a month
