This guy used to stand on his deck and wait for me to leave a rut or turn mark etc, stressed me out horribly at the time in my first few years. You cant see the French drain at the bottom of the hill but above that was regularly a swamp even on a dry day. Stressful property but it was always satisfying seeing the result.
