    Haha i did the same exact thing this year. I didnt realize the seeds i snagged from the local seed bank were african marigolds, not the cute little button ones 😭

    😆 At least you know wherever those peppers are, they are safe in the marigolds, nothing is getting through their defensive barrier!

    Planted the same variety with my tomato plant. Died after a few weeks

    It must be the year of the marigold. Mine have outgrown the peppers and tomatoes. They look great but have definitely inhibited production from their companions.
