why did my baby drop all his appendages????????? hello i have never seen this before, ive had him for over 2 years

i water once/twice every 2/3 weeks and he sits in a room with a window so gets some sun

literally all fell off and when i found him i touched him gently to ask if he was ok but he immediately dropped some more. help

    Edit: some of them look mushy. Are you sure you’re not overwatering them?

    Dude your plants need way more sunlight (but gradually), the soil looks bad and the pots, for indoor succulent without too much sun, should be made of a porous material like terracota.

    If the leaves suddenly fell, could it be a sign of overwatering, they also look yellowish and I guess they’re also mushy.

    If not, could it be because the water that you use, as a personal anecdote, i water my succulent with water with oil for accident once, and then other day suddenly the leaves fell after i touched them.

    your soil looks pretty dense for a succulent, it might be holding onto too much water. on the bright side, you’re about to have 27 more plants if you play your cards right
