You can rule out some options based on the plant/leaf structure but really no way to be certain until you have fruit

It looks just like my supposed Reapers from Pepper Joe’s. No fruit yet so I haven’t been able to confirm either. I grew them from seed. They definitely have more distinct leaves than all of my other pepper varieties.

Since you’ve got good size I would swap your fertilizer to a flower/bloom. You’ll see flowers first which will push fruit. This is the one I use.
The purple coloring on the stems make me think it is a reaper.

The leaves do look a lot like Carolina Reaper but no way to be sure yet. I find the crinkly leaves to be a decent indicator of pungency but there are exceptions
