You may want to bevel the top edges of the root stock. This will help in 2 ways. It will stop the skin from pushing up on the scion as the freshly cut wound shrinks inside. And it will lessen the chance of the root stock pupping from those edges, allowing for more growth into the scion. But not necessary, may still work with what you have.
Also nice penis shaped cactus.

Your grafts look fine to me, I bevel a lot harder but my grafts don’t look nearly as clean as yours. I sacrifice aesthetics for a better union and less chance of failure (for me anyway) when the graft puckers a bit upon healing. I also find when I cut the rootstock perfectly level it seems to be less likely to push a pup below the graft. All of this is purely anecdotal, I’m definitely not the expert that some others on this subreddit are.
