good day and welcome back to another tree styler video i’m in Japan and I’m actually six stories up in a garden uh you wouldn’t believe it i’ll have a spin around for you but yeah I’m six stories up and the only sign I could recognize in the six levels of the lift was uh bonsai and here we are uh I just spoke to the gentleman he doesn’t speak English i don’t speak Japanese but that’s okay the universal language here is bonsai so I’m going to have a quick look around do a video this is unexpected i wasn’t uh well I wasn’t expecting to find a bonsai nursery on the sixth floor so let’s check it out okay so I’ve checked out the sign this place is called Psycha s A I K A i’m going to check it out when I get home sika Bonsai uh it’s got little tags on the trees everywhere so and they are in English which is great as an example uh obviously it’s Well was in English no this one isn’t uh there are some with English on them but look have a look have a look at the standard of this this tree that is amazing all right let’s have a let’s have a slow walk around first to give you an idea and uh you can see it for yourself [Music] look at this beautiful maple wow there is my hand for size that is absolutely stunning let me get a closer look look i’m not going to touch these trees i think it’d be rude what’s this one let’s have a look at this tag no it doesn’t tell me very nice looking tree let’s look at the price it is 800,000 yen 800,000 yen i’ll do the calculations later cuz I likely to mess it all [Music] up so there’s two prices i’m not sure why but it’s got 80,000 yen on that little juniper 38,500 yen now for people saying “Why don’t I buy one?” Cuz well Australia has very strict quarantine laws and there’s absolutely no way well it’s against uh so many rules and laws that uh we can’t bring trees in so I just got to admire and look 5,000 [Music] 30,000 so about $300 yeah 50,000 was around $500 Australian roughly quick scan of the pots quite like this one 1,800 now pots a different story i can take pots home so once I’ve stopped filming I’ll have a closer look but I’m already running out of room cuz I’ve bought five pots already now there’s more trees at the back there I want to have a look at on the way around spotted this little gem beautiful next now I saw this one from afar it was stunning it’s triple trunk triple trunk let me pronounce it right it’s in Japanese it’s got Yeah nothing there but stunning tree look at it as you would expect uh to be in Japan very big base on this one can’t see a tag but Oh yeah I can all right I found the tag this one is a lot there’s a lot of zeros there 660,000 yen it’s good it’s good they got the prices on them so it gives you a really good perspective of how much trees are worth oh if we need to put my glasses on 700,000 yen uh picture of pamper size showing uh little arti so 198,000 yen lots of people will be very happy with that on their bench at home potics wis i know they’ve got them all tied down i’m guessing that’s because of the winds and especially being six stories up it’s got some gnarly twists on it 4 million 4 million yen i think that’s right yeah 400 No sorry 400,000 400,000 next um 150,000 yen let’s have a closer look beautiful now today’s journey in Japan I’m going to the Bonsai Museum in Omia i’m on my way there and I stopped cuz I got lost on the train so I’m trying to find my way actually out of this building when I saw in the lift Bonsai Garden rooftop oh that’s stunning 280,000 yen absolutely beautiful everywhere I go in Japan it’s just the trees are just amazing and it’s the end of spring here so everything’s popped all looking very healthy this one here 350,000 yen is it it did show me a couple that were in English i obviously know this is a maple so with leaves without leaves get back again show it together leaves no leaves oh the trees are beautiful here wow continuing on nearly done here there’s probably only about a 50 trees um looking a bit closer this one here 40,000 yen shout out to the uh crew at Back at Home i’m sure they’re loving the size of these trees absolutely stunning oh I want to get to that pine hang on a minute i didn’t actually get around to this side here i’ve missed it now the tree I wanted to focus on was this one i saw it from over behind there and I’ve just re just looking again off camera and I found it uh look at the chunk on that man oh I’m way back size of it it’s about 40 centimeters tall this one’s going to be a bomb 200,000 200,000 yen trident at maple another tried maple what’s 80,000 yen this one this one is just beautiful it’s faded not sure what that is 55,000 yen oh bumped it and some little ones down here have a look at this one rock planting there’s his owner over there thank you sir and this is one of the trees you see when you first walk in now this is stunning let’s check out the tree first and I’ll tell you the price gnarly Triumph it’s old if I had to take one home this won’t be it won’t fit in my suitcase and let’s look at the price ooh yeah 2,500,000 yen so I don’t want to say it in uh Aussie dollar cuz I’ll probably mess it up it’s a beautiful tree i’m going to take a photo of this cuz this is going to be probably the uh thumbnail okay last little lot of trees to look at i think 80,000 yen stunners exposed root juniper little one down here 33,000 the I haven’t got my glasses on
