3 months since i started my paludarium :)

i need to clean the glass again but i love how it looks and how much it’s growing! the monstera was one i had potted in soil in my dorm and it was doing awful and lost most of its leaves so i decided to sacrifice it for this, but now each new leaf looks healthier than the last. the rest are plants i collected from a pond, as that is the ecosystem i wanted to recreate. i have two pond snails living in it and keeping the water clean. around the month and a half mark it got a little bit of white fuzzy mold, but i read that’s normal so i left it be hoping it would subside, and it did. i don’t change the water but i add filtered water or distilled water when it gets low. i haven’t noticed any funky smells or anything either. the boneset (tall fuzzy plant) has shot up like crazy in the past few weeks and im excited to see how tall it gets and if any more start sprouting up.
