Either an NJoy or a Glacier. Leaning towards NJoy but I could be wrong.

Id say p&j because of the green on green speckling!

I vote pearls and jade as well. It is my favorite. More sun might help.
The pothos with less green grow slower due to less chlorophyll.
You can’t make a p&j act like a golden. ☹️

I would say N’joy because of the shape of the leaves, Glaciers have slightly longer leaves with more of a point, these leaves are more rounded.
As for helping it grow, this type of Pothos is a slightly slower grower, if you’re not using fertilizer i would recommend really any indoor plant feed. It could be possible it’s ready for a repot as well, that could also help promote new growth.
It looks like NJoy to me, but does have some traits of pearl and Jade and glacier. Good news is that it is similar care for all these variations. Bright indirect light will be most happy. I have an NJoy at home located about 4 feet from a west facing window, it is shaded by the building but gets an hour or two of direct sunlight in the afternoon. For most of the day it is getting real bright indirect light and she is happy and thriving. To encourage growth, I would consider adding nitrogen into your nutrient schedule. We use a liquid earth worm casting fertilizer by We the Wild called growth on our plants in our store. In Colorado I let the soil dry between watering, usually once a week or every 10 days.
Hope this helps and good luck, she is beautiful 😍.

Yeah I’ll say p&j, as well. What time wondering is about the roots. Have you checked them? Maybe it’s root bond in there and needs a repot. It may not grow super fast, but it may need some room to grow.

I have a mother golden, and I have 3 babies off her from clippings. The mother and 2 babies live in water and one lives in soil. Get a grow light and give her at least 12 hours of light and some indirect light. Use very diluted fertilizer (I use miracle grow indoor plant food). With adequate light and fertilizer, you should start seeing some growth. Also, when you steam or boil veggies, use the water to water the plant for extra nutrients, but ensure nothing is added to the water.
