They actually like sun and water. It’s etiolated from not getting enough light. Gradually increase the light and the water. Water thoroughly when you do water. How often you’ll need to water will depend on your climate, potting media, pot size, etc.
They don’t want to be baked in full sun outside or in a greenhouse all day, but if you’re indoors, they can definitely take some sun.
I’d repot it and check the roots make sure they aren’t rotted out. If not more water for sure looks thirsty. If rotted give time to reroot then continue watering
