I bought it three weeks ago and noticed these holes after a week. Today they are almost everywhere. No visible bugs. It is in a big pot, has 6 hours of sunlight and gets watered about once a week or less if the soil is not yet dry.

Stop watering so often, the tree will rot. Olive trees want to spend more time in dry soil than wet so if the soil dries in a week then it should stay dry at least a couple of weeks before you water again. Also most commercial soils are too rich for olive trees, they want very poor soil. They grow in mostly limestone gravel in the wild
