Help…Can someone explain what’s going on with my plant? Too much water? Not enough? Are the leaves burnt from too much sun?

The leaves are stretching. This is known as etiolation. It essentially means they are not getting enough light

  2. It looks fine just leave it alone those plants need extremely infrequent watering especially if you have it inside once a month at most . But it probably needs more light

I think it’s time to repot it! That soil is looking a little rough. Needs a pot just a little bit larger with some drainage, some fresh cactus soil and perlite, and I’d trim off the crusty leaves with some sanitized scissors and you should be good to go!

It’s stretching for light, as has been said. The insufficient light also weakens the plant and slows soil dry out, making your plants more susceptible to root rot and leaf loss from retained moisture.

I’m with goldfish, this needs to be repotted into appropriately gritty soil, a pot an inch bigger and deeper, and then either gradually moved (over several days) into a much sunnier location or given a grow light.
