This is happening on two leaves already, am I watering too much? The window is facing south gets direct sunlight only during winter Thank you in advance!

Seems like it. To my knowledge they like well draining soil and want the soil to be almost dry before watering. Mine is indirect light (on brighter side but not directly) but heard they can acclimate to more light.
Typically leaves experiencing damages at the tips running inwards are due to too much water being absorbed and bursting the cells. Can’t fix them but can stop it from happening. You can either put finger in soil to check it before watering or simply get a humidity meter for it.

I had damage similar to this. Couldn’t figure out the issue. People said it was likely overwatering but I only water when it’s dry so that made no sense. I ended up finding a few scale bugs hiding on the stem. Not saying it’s that, just thoroughly inspect it.

I don’t know what’s wrong with it but somehow it makes my heart ache 😣
The soil can say a lot – monstera are humidity loving plants, so a little wet soil could be fine, do not let the soil get bone dry. Also check for signs of root rot. Inspect the plant and let us know what you observed with photos.
