I have researched a little and found that this is rare and not stress induced, but that’s about it. Once the bloom dies, do I cut it back? Do I need to fertilize it afterwards? Does the bloom stress the plant? It’s sits in a very sunny south window, gets watered about every 10 days and spritzed with water quite often.

WOW❣️ 😍 I didn’t know they bloom💚 BEAUTIFUL ZZ
Looks like the bloom is giving the finger lol. Nicely done!

No special care needed. The plant is large and obviously healthy. Just keep doing what you’re doing. It is unlikely to set seed, but whether it does or doesn’t just clip the inflorescence off when it starts to wither.
