An unhappy customer remarked: “The other thing is, when you buy a few items, you have to pay postage for each individual item, which then ends up costing a fortune,”.
Despite it being a near-universal practice across online retail, others have complained that postage isn’t included in the products’ price: “Price initially quoted does not include postage. After having paid for the item, we then have to pay separately for the postage.”
