GH Newbie: is this enough shade?

Hi! Thanks in advance for any help.

This is my first time using a greenhouse for my tropicals and I’m worried if the shade is enough.

This is noon in zone 10b btw so it’s about as sunny as it gets on the patio. I’m just worried it’s too sunny for the plants.

The green house itself has this mesh in it to provide shade and I have a 40% shade cloth on top. I think I may need a shadier shade cloth (if that makes sense).

Do you think I need more shade?

Ps please don’t comment on how very thirsty my monstera is I had to starve her a bit to get her light enough to pick up and move into the green house. Thank you.
