My husband picked this for me when he went on a hike with his friend. It was from a high elevation in Colorado. He was so excited to pick it for me but we can’t figure out what it is! I’ve tried googling it to no avail. TIA!

Potentillas are in the rose family. They come as ground cover all the way to tall shrubs. Has it flowered? It is simple, 5-petaled, white or yellow are typical on natives.

    Creeping cinquefoil. Perennial groundcover.
