Here is my Haworthipsis attenuata. I've had it for a year now, and it seems to be happy other than its thin leaves. It has been producing new leaves, three pups, and even flower stalks (which it did abort).
The main issue I have is getting its leaves to plump back up. For nearly the entire year I had it, its leaves have been thin, and the new growth has very flimsy leaves that don't get as wide or as thick as the old growth has been.
I water it when the leaves feel thinner and more pliable than usual, so usually about 2-4 weeks. I usually water with a diluted liquid seaweed water, and a proper fertilization with Schultz cactus and succulent fertilizer at half strength every 1-2 months.
It gets around 10k lux for about 10-12 hours a day.
The last time it was knocked out of its pot a few months ago it seemed to have some decent roots, but I am planning to unpot it tomorrow to see if there is some hidden root issues. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for what I should do, I would greatly appreciate it đ

Its entirely possible that youre loving it too much. Notably, thats a lot of fertiliser and feed for a plant that grows, at a guess, 10cm a year. I repot mine once a year in spring, water with tap water, and it grows well every year.
The slimming and thin leaves could be a result of overfeeding, but could also be lack of water. Try increasing the watering frequency to once a week to see if that helps. The existing leaves won’t reinflate, but new ones will cone up a better shape.
