I’m thinking scale. If you search scale on this sub ppl have talked about removal methods here. I can’t quite remember ….something w a toothbrush maybe? I’ve luckily never had it but it is treatable if u do a little searching.
LimacineMicrocephaly
Scale for sure. Scrub off with diluted isopropyl alcohol with a q tip or toothbrush.
Trichoceratops
Scale. Quarantine the plant, spray with isopropyl alcohol and scrub with a toothbrush. I would completely uproot it and remove any soil to dispose of. Allow the plant to dry out a bit before replanting.

A horrible scale infestation.
PCP4Breakfast
Scale. Scrub off, like others said. Iso alcohol isn’t always even necessary, they come off pretty easy. Just make sure you get in between all the little crevices, because they like to hide between notches, ribs, and spines and can blend into the areoles pretty well.
If left too long, they will all start to cluster and die on top of eachother, just like what’s going on in the more bulbous white part of yours. That’ll leave scarring, but your plant should make it out alive okay. All the smaller specks should come right off. It can eventually kill the plant, but it takes a while. It’s ugly either way, so it’s good to get on it ASAP. I’d change the soil too, for good measure, and check any hiding on the rest of your collection.
