It’s been miserable weather here in Ohio. The humidity is awful this year. Brood 14 Cicadas are finally gone and the weeds have exploded with the extreme storms. Tough year for me.
Your discussion regarding Garden Supply and the tubtrug made me remember one of your older videos where you talked about tools you use for gardening. You said that even a 5 gal. pail is useful in the garden to help you when you're doing garden clean ups. I think it was the video where you talked about the pop-up Kangaroo bags. I've never forgotten that and I still use my 5 gal. pail when I'm out weeding and dead-heading. (Those tubtrugs are pretty cool too.)
Spray for spider mites with ivory soap liquid. Doesn't harm plants either. Also works for aphids and ants. I spray the entire yard with it and bad bugs die. And it cleans everything too. Hope this helps.
We are doing big landscape project hardscape, light electrical, trees & moving some plants. I got planters for berries. Can I plant now mid July in NJ or wait & plant next spring
I've said this so many times and in so many places – if you want to use the cardboard method and are planning ahead – contact local girl scout troops in your area in January. That is the beginning of cookie season in most councils. We dump tons of empty cookie cases. I'm willing to bet they would save the empty cases for you. You may have to do a pick- up every couple weeks. As a Girl Scout leader, I would gladly save them to be reused and recycled.
I am afraid to ask this but I will anyway: Are you planning to cut the tree if you wont be able to controle spider mites? You have been planting huge trees for couple ulyears now, you could just cut it down and plant big one or two instead to keep shade for those plants under?
Lovely recap. Question: Have you considered a steam cleaner for the Hartley floor? Low moisture, but could help get some of the grime off without splatter… I have a dupray brand and use it on everything…
Hi Laura. I never have a problem with the quality of your videos. Love them all and you make each day happy for me. My husband and I are moving this week no more gardening for this old gal. We will miss it but I will do pots. I still have you to feed my interest. Thanks
This product is specifically formulated to control various plant pests, including aphids. Captain Jacks dead bug brew contains spinosid and is formulated to also kill aphids, according to Google.
About the 'dreadful' image quality😊someone commented on .. I just gloss over that because I watch GA for the quality of the content. I don't scrutinize every backdrop, plant or camera angle. Just so you know L and A thay this is one very satisfied customer. Thank you for both channels and your Content. Point.❤
I watch your videos each day. Thank you for all that you share with us. I have learned so much! Also, I have never had an issue with video quality when watching. Just thought I'd let you know. 💚

When or are your kids going to go to school? In Australia our kids start school around 5/6 years old.
Yay, I've always thought it would be great if you would do a tour a section a day.
Good morning Laura and Aaron and 😊Susan also the family
Does anybody else have the video go black on them at about 8:40?
😂"There are sticky elements to it" is such a nice way to say it!
Hope your day is spectacular! Huggers and love!❤😊❤
Insect larvae and worms are different animals. I’m sure worms won’t be on your berries
Good morning all have a safe and blessed day ❤
It would be fun to watch a video of how you film your videos
Tour week sounds fun

Gardener supply isn’t the same anymore. I’ve been buying from the company for many many years..
When premixing fertilizer in water, does the heat affect/break down the fertilizer making it less effective?
Aaron, please share your list. I would love a cheat sheet for the chemicals. ps Laura and Aaron, thank you for all your knowledge!!
Good morning Laura and Aaron. Any chance the weather station could be attached to your little pump shed?

LOVE the idea of garden tour week. You could do a deep dive into each area.

Thanks for today's update! I've been wondering how you're liking the aquapots you are using?
Good morning! Hope you had a restful 4th of July. Always enjoy the recaps!!
Brought in jalapeños yummy! ❤😊❤
Rose Shield is the only thing I've found that kills aphids…everyone says they are easy to kill, not my experience..
