Edit: that or maybe put some shrubs or something along the edge that’ll grow up and mark it.

Add dirt
That is what I did with mine. Slope away from the concrete.

Re grease the lawn and install a retaining wall if needed.

I’d probably start with something simple like reflective driveway markers or even just some high-contrast paint along the edge. Makes a big difference, especially at night.
If you want something more permanent, a small curb (concrete or rubber) could help keep tires from slipping off. Another option is to backfill that slope with dirt and grass to level it out a bit—it won’t stop a wheel from going off, but it’ll make it way less sketchy if it does.
You could also throw down some river rock or even a few small boulders along the edge to act as a visual and physical barrier. Depends how far you want to go with it, but even just improving visibility would help a ton.

They probably should have added a curb when they poured it. But, for now, I’d add a small fence all the way around that’s tall enough to catch your tires but short enough that your car door can still swing open. I’d also plant a bunch of bushes to act as a paint scratch alarm to tell you that you’re too close to the edge.

Large planters. Some bargain outlet stores have cheap ones (Ollie’s is a local place here.) I have two on the corners of my driveway with flowers to look nice and as an alert for my new teen driver. He can hit those first before he runs into the house lol.

Cheap quick fix – reflectors. They come in many heights and colors.

The quickest and simplest option is to add a couple of those rubber parking curbs to the edge. Rent a SDS hammer-drill for $50, and bolt them down in just an hour or two. That will be a tripping hazard, but maybe not much worse than the drop-off would be.
Fix the grade…. or, go back in time and include a curb on the driveway.
Decorative lamp post that you can easily see in your rear view
I’d recommend turning
A shrubbery

Use my mirrors.
Put shrubs at edge
Open your eyes.
You need a fence asap. Invest in AAA too.
backfill it with dirt and regrade.

Not drive off
Add soil bro
Tennis ball
Extend again
Raise the grade, small wall, soil, plant a bush or two
Add more concrete
Was that poured directly over the grass?
Brake.
Put a fence up on the sides, straight into the grass a long the drives edge?
Plant some bushes at the end
