Looks like mostly a mix of Rose of sharon, english ivy, Tree of Heaven, and some kind of Clematis
All if which would be considered invasive in your area unfortunately, but it looks like you might have some native asters growing in one of the pics

Is the other side of the fence yours? Hard to tell from this distance but that tree looks like tree of heaven. Pic 6 also has a plant that looks like a small TOH offshoot.
The whole thing looks like a mess of invasives, unfortunately. English ivy, TOH, rose of sharon. I would pull most of this out, treat, & plant with natives &/ non invasives
Also, if you want to ID stuff, the iNaturalist app is very good. You’ll need clearer pictures of individual plants, maybe a couple different angles.
