I inherited this variegated golden dragon philodendron through work through someone who passed away. I have lots of experience with monstera albos and Thais, but this one I’m not sure of. Any recommendations on potting mix, watering, light? There’s some green on the new growth but all other leaves are white.

Unfortunately that guy is also toast not a drop of green on the entire plant.
Oh boy may be too white, maybe if you can keep it alive till the new leaf maybe it could do something
I have never seen a plant like that, so pretty. You’re going to need a grow light to have a chance of keeping it alive. Good luck.
This looks like it has thrips.
I really hope the white leaves have even the slightest tinge of green and the camera just isn’t picking it up.
Cross your fingers that leaf with the green comes in before it dies. It’ll need a grow light for sure.
Glad to see that new leaf in the 2nd Pic has some green!
Give it as much light as you possibly can. If you’re lucky it will push out some greener leaves to help sustain the growth and keep it alive!
