Just received this plant and I’m seeing white crusty formations at the part where the petiole meets the abaxial of the leaves. I only see this in older leaves (consistent fading to yellow across the oldest leaves) and not on newer leaves. It takes quite a bit to scrub it out but it does come off, it’s white-ish and has specks of maybe dirt mixed inside? Thank you in advance.

My anthurium has that too, but i haven’t seen any pests on it. My best guess is some sort of mineral buildup, as my plant is still thriving
