How?? There are healthy plants right next to it. And more blackfoot daisies just out of frame. It's just so weird.

    Maybe not draining well enough in that spot compared to the one that’s doing well. I don’t think that’s dead, though, just unhappy.

    Cut it back and leave it alone for a bit. It may recover (although I tend to lose them at this point). The current leaves are no longer of use and the plant will continue to struggle to save them instead of trying to put on new growth that isn’t damaged.
