Is it a lost cause? The plant has two other leaves, which are at least 50% green. But the last leaf it threw out was also pure white, although a bit smaller, and it eventually withered and fell off.
Is there anything I can do to encourage some level of green so they survive and thrive?

ohhh she’s beautiful!!
I don’t have any advice just stopped to say that it’s gorgeous. Maybe just appreciate it while it lasts even if short lived. I hope someone has some advice for you.
My guess would be to get a version that hasn’t been cultivated specifically to do this.
Pretty sure it’s a genetic mutation that we amplified thru cultivation.
When modifying living organisms genetically I think we should ask ourselves not does it look better, but does it live better. With animals, plants and well even people.
It’s not a lost cause! It may not have as long of a life span as other leaves with more color but continue to fertilize and provide adequate light. Attaching a photo of mine. The leaf that is slowly dying off was pushed out last year.

I had an all white Thai constellation leaf that wilted and died so I am also interested in any advice
I have a humidifier right by my plant and everything is nice and white untill I go away and stop refilling it and every time I come back to a blackened leaf. So my idea is that humidifier helps!
Oh wow beautiful!!!!
