If your tomato plants grow flowers too early you could always prune them off So the plant doesn’t waste energy there. the plant uses more energy to grow the tomato plants

An easy way to prune a tomato plant is to remove two of the lower leaves and remove some of the side shoots or that’s located between the main stem and the leaves..

Pruning will help speed up the growing process for your tomato plant bringing in a faster Harvest

two options when you see your tomato plants are growing flowers and it’s about only a feet if you leave it on you will get tomatoes but the plant will use so much energy to grow these flowers into tomatoes and it will literally slowly grow in this tomato plant and if you have a Shard Garden season that could be a problem because you’re stuck with what four tomatoes here and another four eight if you prune that out the plant will be growing more faster because it’ll push more energy towards here and you will get tons of tomatoes so what I’m going to do some of them I do this not all all of them I will remove that and this way remove some of the suckers too we don’t always need that and then we’re going to remove this one lower Branch so this is right now the plant’s going to be pushing up energy and giving us a faster production a better

  1. Chop it 🔪 we want big healthy plants and an abundance of tomatoes 🍅 not just a couple suckers. Great advice.

  2. Don't prune that first flower node if your tomato is in its forever home! If your starts are showing flowers and you can't get them in the ground that's fine but otherwise your just losing tomatoes.

  3. Shut up. I listen to you so-called internet gurus and killed one of my plants. The other one is thriving because i didn’t listen to you fools

  4. Thank you for sharing. I Love this video and I don’t think there’s any reason for criticism. Great job! Thanks!😊

  5. I say its not true, but maybe just on my climate. I dont even prune the suckers and boy my tomato tree is like a supermarket of tomatoes. I think at times people just prune for the looks, mine, well it is more abundant than anything i seen. Im in a tropical zone tho may be thats why.

  12. Per the Holy Spirit:

John 15:1-2 KJV — I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
