At last, I have a few photos of my front yard that I can share. Total area is about 14000 sqft and I've gradually gotten rid of over 9000 sqft of lawn over the last 15 years to put in mostly dwarf conifers, flowering shrubs, and perennials. My focus was making an area that would attract birds and wildlife and it's been packed full of animals for years.
This year, I have a pair of Red Squirrels (that had 2 kits) and a scurry of Grey Squirrels, which, along with Chipmunks, have been here for many generations. I have gotten all 7 of the woodpeckers that live in this region (sw Ohio), including the awesome Pileated last year. I see insects, hawks, jays, crows, bats, possum, rabbits, toads, and rarely a great horned owl. It's been a fun hobby and started looking really good after about 10 years.

Very nicely designed. Did you do it all by yourself or recruited a landscape architect to help you design it. The layering, spacing, contrast in textures and colour, all very nice and extremely well maintained. I presume there is a lot of fabric under the mulch to keep weeds manageable?
This is one kind of posts needed for reference. I see often people that assume “no lawn” means letting wild flowers grow randomly and with zero upkeep.
If you’re in North America, you should add more natives to really support the birds! Day lilies aren’t native, although I do see your Liatris peeking out there, and there’s probably others I can’t be sure about an ID for.
very nice. if they are like mine, set up a lawn chair near those arborvitae and listen to the birds squabble. you will have consistent nesting of all sorts in there.
