I was checking Crassulaceae Network to make sure on the correct identification for this plant, but there seems to be no consesus on this plant's name. It's considered to be the same plant as Echeveria elegans, but my Echeveria elegans never grew into little "trees" like the albicans do.

From how I understand ICNs description, naming the plant Echeveria albicans is not correct: “… plants circulating with this name are wrongly named.”. However it looks quite different compared to what is usually known as Echeveria elegans in cultivation. Though I feel like your plant has far more farina compared to what I have usually seen on plants named Echeveria albicans.
Not sure if they are the same. Mine dies not griw on tall spreading stems. Very slow and compact. Tips also much smaller.
