Newly laid down Kentucky blue grass a week ago. almost every morning without fail, a massive family of raccoons come and lift the sods. I've used some stakes to prevent it but they seem to find new loose ones. Any advice?

Kill off the grubs. They’re lifting up sods to get at them.
Also had this issue. Kept my flood lights on at night for the backyard and I haven’t had any raccoons since. Might be coincidence but it seemed to have worked.
