Could be wrong but it looks to be a root from one of your plants. Roots trail up along the walls and typically the ends of the roots have little white hairs on them. I believe to absorb moisture. My guess is you can follow that root back to a plant. Could be the pothos or monstera, I can’t really tell from the picture.
